• We do not charge above actual cost of materials.
• We will work with you to obtain specialized items.
• Your job will be completed only upon your total satisfaction.
• Your signed Contract will include all job details, guarantees, timelines, and labor charges (subject to change only in writing if you personalize or change the job-in-progress).
• Your jobsite will be kept as neat and unobtrusive as possible during our work.
• Your jobsite will be cleared of all work materials and work trash upon completion of the job.
• Mike will personally handle any concerns you may have.
