SPECIAL ORDER/WORK ORDER CHANGE DISCLAIMER

Picture Perfect Home Improvements, LLC, guarantees adherence to your Contract deadline, except when a special item is: back-ordered, delayed shipment, defective and must be returned, or re-ordered.

Picture Perfect Home Improvements, LLC, guarantees your Contact deadline unless the customer makes changes in the design or work plan, when the job is already underway. These changes must be in writing and agreed upon by both the customer and Mike Nies. Any change in the completion timeline will also be agreed upon that time.

Picture Perfect Home Improvements, LLC, guarantees that we will return to install any special order or work change after the completion deadline describe in the Customer Satisfaction/Change Order form. Additional charges will apply if warranted, I.e., extra labor, unusual problems with installation, etc.

 

ALL SPECIAL ORDERS must be supplied by the Customer, unless otherwise noted in the contact. Additional labor charges and/or costs for unusual installation problems may apply.

 

Out-of-stock and non-shelf items are considered special orders if these are ordered by Picture Perfect Home Improvements, LLC, and are included in your initial estimate (before any changes you may make during the job) the only cost to customer may be time for installation labor.
