Mike Nies, owner of Picture Perfect Home Improvements, has been in business for approximately 18 years. The company is an “A through Z remodeling company” with A ratings from the Better Business Bureau as well as many other websites. Nies says there is no job too small that they will not do. Their list of services is endless for exterior and interior home repairs, remodels and construction.
For the spring, Nies says many people are beginning to look ahead to fences and decks to enjoy the outdoors.
Picture Perfect Home Improvements also builds gazebos and other outdoor structures for those who want to create entertainment space outdoors. Spring is also the time to think about outdoor painting and wood rot repair, even roof replacement, added Nies. For those who are looking to do some spring spruce up to the inside of the home, Nies says his company takes care of all kinds of indoor projects as well as remodeling kitchen and baths, to painting and putting up crown molding and electrical and plumbing jobs.
Currently, Picture Perfect is running some specials on remodeling including $4000, labor only, for a basic 5 by 7 bathroom remodel which Nies says includes toilet, sink, tub, and tiling. He says that homeowners can select their own materials and Picture Perfect helps the customer by using its vendor discount.
Nies says the company is also offering a $9000 galley kitchen remodel and he asks that people call for more information on that special as well as current handyman special and hourly pricing for smaller jobs.
Many people, according to Nies, know they want a remodel, but are not sure what they want and he says Picture Perfect staff is happy to meet people to help them select what they are looking for.
The company offers free estimates, which Nies says, can be completed within 24 hours and he says they will get to work immediately unless they have to special order things for the job. Nies says Picture Perfect staff is on the “cusp of high tech” having apps for their phones where they can find information at any time to look up contractors, competitors’ pricing, licenses, etc. to ensure their customers can make informed decisions.
Picture Perfect Home Improvements is licensed and insured. Nies explains that they have a Class A license which means that they have completed educational courses through the Virginia Commonwealth who completes the accreditation. Most work is warranted by Nies for a year or longer.
